Olivia was raised by Caribbean parents in a riverside French townlet known for being Van Gogh’s resting place.

She won second place in a short story competition for a now defunct online magazine,

and was shortlisted in a competition for another now defunct online magazine,

but she's pretty sure there’s nothing to read into that.

She currently lives in Los Angeles because she's afraid of weather.
